In 2003 A family member stumbled upon a scene at a local flea market he would never forget. In a small midwestern town he witnessed cutomers lined up to the end of the block waiting for something. What were they waiting for? A local farmer was churning fresh warm cheese curds with an 1800's steam engine, attracting people from miles away! Ironically we were already working on a unique food item that we knew would be a hot seller. Could we incorporate such a set up with our own food product? Timing was perfect as we didn't have any major commitments. Four months later we set up at a small car show, We were shocked we made more money in 1 Sunday afternoon than an entire week working a job. What we didn't realize is the sales could have been much higher -at least double if we had known a few critical things. A lot has improved in 20 years. Since then we've expanded operations into 8 states.
